Conditions of use
Rhubarb is a barely known plant in Portugal, so most people are unaware of its use. In the Nordic countries there is a multitude of desserts that can be made with this plant still raw, such as crumbles, pies and cakes.
The preserve can also be used to fill spongy cakes and cupcakes. It is a light and fresh preserve, with a slightly acrid touch. The lovers of "less sweet" preserves find this one, one of their favorites.
